Such a great reminder for the new year to fofus on developing a positive mindset. It is amazing what 20 minutes morning and night spent on this equates to 5 hours a week. Wow.

I am so sorry to hear about your brother. Such a tragedy. I pray God’s love and peace to surround you and your family in this very difficult time.

We found out after Christmas that someone living across the road
was in a serious car accident on the 7th December. She was in a coma for two weeks and passed away on the 21st December. Such a shock. I didn’t know her well but what a reminder to hug our friends/family a little tighter each night and appreciate all of those we have in our life as we don’t know how long they will be there for.
