Wasn’t Merlin amazing through it all and such a shame that the farrier wasn’t able to read Merlin’s body language.

The good thing is that Merlin certainly didn’t know that he was dealing with a farrier so you won’t have to overcome that bad experience. It is always a little surprising at how fast things can fall apart with our animals but they are so forgiving and all will be well. Sorry you got hurt in the incident. Heal quickly.
